KHA will host an informational webinar to kick off the annual KHA Workforce Survey data collection on Thursday, January 18, at 2:00 p.m. (ET).
In the webinar, KHA Associate Vice President of Workforce Development J.P. Hamm and Director of Health Information & Analytics Maik Schutze will provide an overview of the survey, review best practices, and answer your questions. The annual report of survey findings has been instrumental to KHA’s hospital workforce advocacy and strategic workforce planning initiatives. The annual workforce survey captures information about inpatient hospital direct care positions, and the webinar is only available to KHA members.
