KHA President and CEO Nancy Galvagni joined six of her colleagues from other state associations that are part of a 17-state group fighting to protect State Directed Payments. The CEOs are working to preserve the House-passed language in the reconciliation bill. They also discussed their concerns with the Special Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy at a meeting at The White House.

Earlier in the week, Galvagni and KHA Senior Vice President of Policy and Government Relations Jim Musser met with staff in the offices of Congressmen Brett Guthrie, Hal Rogers, Andy Barr, and James Comer and Senators Rand Paul and Mitch McConnell.

Please continue to ask Senators to adopt the House provisions on State Directed Payments.
