KHA 2022 Workforce Survey Report

The KHA Workforce Survey is conducted annually to assess trends in the hospital-based health workforce. Data includes stratification by types of positions, vacancy estimates, recruitment, the age of health care professionals, and turnover estimates for a 12-month period. Participating member hospitals have access to the annual report. (2022)
