KHA is partnering with SuccessLabs to offer an interactive workshop that will cover topics important for successful leadership. Participants will leave with tools, strategies, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to be an agile and impactful leader.
This workshop is perfect for middle managers and leaders-in-training. Please share this information with your peers interested in honing their leadership skills.
Attendees must be employed by a KHA member hospital.
Objectives
- Learn about the VUCA health care environment and how to become more agile and impactful.
- Understand the impact of personality style on leadership approach, communication, and effectiveness.
- Discover strategies for building trust and influence and to be effective with stakeholders.
- Lead your team more effectively using two critical communication skills: giving feedback and effective delegation.
- Create a mini-leadership development plan to improve effectiveness and add value in personal leadership, with your team and in the organization.
