Director of Human Resources and Workforce Development
The Director of Human Resources and Workforce Development will be responsible for all human resources activities for KHA and its subsidiaries. This includes selecting and administering employee benefit plans and the retirement plan, recruiting and onboarding new employees, overseeing the annual performance evaluation process, creating and maintaining job descriptions, and developing policies and procedures. This position will also assist the Associate Vice President of Workforce Development in developing and implementing workforce strategies to improve patient access to effective health care throughout Kentucky. The nature of work will include convening and connecting key stakeholders and resources with the goal of creating an adequate health care workforce in the future.

Director of Education and Events
The Director of Education and Events will be responsible for all aspects of educational programs and events offered to the KHA membership and staff. This includes developing, coordinating, and implementing the delivery of educational programs and related services in accordance with KHA’s strategic plan. Responsibilities will include content development, project scheduling, budgeting, promotion, speaker confirmation, site confirmation, on-site management, and the evaluation of educational offerings.
