ASPR TRACIE: Preparing for and responding to Chemical Incidents

(November 11, 2019) The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Technical Resources, Assistance Center, and Information Exchange (TRACIE) released Issue 9 of The Exchange , which focuses on preparing for and responding to chemical incidents. They interviewed subject matter experts from the federal government, a healthcare provider, and the fire service to learn more about emerging threats and past and current challenges in chemical incident response. They have 57 Topic Collections that have been updated over the last year.

They have recently created a new Topic Collection for CBRNE (chemical/ biological/ radiological/ nuclear) incidents and our Chemical Hazards , Pre-Hospital Patient Decontamination , Hospital Patient Decontamination , and Responder Safety and Health .
