The Kentucky Chamber Foundation’s Workforce Recovery Program launched the first-ever Fair Chance Academy in May 2022. This academy provides businesses with training and experiences to adopt a fair chance workplace that successfully provides transformational employment. One hundred Kentuckians have participated in the initial four cohorts of companies to be certified as fair chance. The academy has hosted eight health care employers to date.
