The KHA Quality Team was proud to present the KHA Patient Safety Hero Award to Millicent Caffey, Clinical Outcomes Specialist with the Medical Center at Bowling Green.

Caffey was nominated by a colleague who noted her exceptional patient care and advancement in patient safety at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. She makes it a priority to foster collaboration and communication with patient families and team members. Caffey works alongside fellow nurses to help understand barriers as well as provide safe, quality care. KHA is grateful to Caffey and other patient safety leaders whose commitment to the care they provide makes a difference for their patients and their communities!
