KHA Webinar: Strategy or Just Surviving?

January 30 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

It’s easy to get lost in day-to-day demands. Over time, this stalls organizational progress. “Being strategic” is easy to say, but how well do you understand strategy and how strategy either creates or destroys value? This session provides an introductory framework to recognize an organization’s strategic readiness, elements of a successful strategy, when to change strategy and steps to design future strategy.

Objectives

  • Describe a definition of health care strategy versus survival
  • Discuss how to recognize when it’s time to reevaluate strategy
  • Identify steps to design future strategy
  • Outline methods of assessing strategic readiness in health care organizations

Audience
C-Suite, health care leaders, hospital trustees
