KHA Quality Webinar: Performance Improvement Tool Series Part 3: From SMART Goals to Success – Implementing & Sustaining Quality Improvement
June 29 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
In this final installment of the S.M.A.R.T series, the KHA Quality Team will move from planning to action by exploring how S.M.A.R.T goals and Performance Improvement (PI) tools work together to drive meaningful, lasting change. While S.M.A.R.T goals define what we want to accomplish, PI tools guide us in how to achieve those outcomes through clear data, structured analysis, and focused interventions. But the true challenge and greatest opportunity lie in implementation and long‑term sustainability.
As organizations continue embedding S.M.A.R.T goals and PI tools into their daily practice, improvement becomes not a one‑time project but a continuous cycle. This approach ensures that gains are not only achieved but maintained, scaled, and woven into the culture of excellence that our patients deserve. Registration is required for this webinar, and the registration link is provided below.
