Please join the KHA Quality Team on September 10, 2026, from 11 am-12 pm ET for a peer-to-peer learning session focused on two impactful initiatives that drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes, safety, and operational performance. Through real-world experiences and practical strategies, presenters will share lessons learned from a hospital-wide pressure injury prevention initiative and a multidisciplinary Emergency Department (ED) throughput transformation.

Attendees will gain insights into how standardized workflows, staff engagement, leadership alignment, data-driven improvement methods, and cross-functional collaboration help reduce patient harm, improve care delivery, and create sustainable organizational change. Whether your focus is quality, nursing, patient safety, operations, or emergency services, this session provides actionable approaches that can be adapted to support improvement efforts across a variety of health care settings.

Together, both presentations will demonstrate how health care organizations achieve meaningful improvements in both patient safety and operational efficiency through collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
