The KHA Quality Team wishes to congratulate our newest KHA Patient Safety Hero, Alexis Hall, Emergency Department RN at McDowell ARH Hospital. Alexis was nominated for this award by her leaders as a result of a signifiant safety catch she made and reported regarding a high-risk infusion medication.
