kynect resources is a state-wide directory and referral management system, created and maintained within the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS) in partnership with United Way 211. This platform provides a free-to-use system available to residents and organizations alike. This additional resource tool empowers residents with a way to communicate their needs directly to service providers, and service providers can strategically engage with the residents and the information provided to further address quality healthcare and whole-person care.
