KYSOS Team Attends 2024 Harm Reduction Summit

The KY Statewide Opioid Stewardship (KYSOS) Outpatient Primary Care team attended the 2024 Harm Reduction Summit in Louisville on June 20.

The KYSOS Outpatient Primary Care program is managed by Shanna Jaggers, PharmD and Marilyn Connors, DO (pictured).

The KYSOS table was visited by many of the 500 attendees. Jaggers and Connors discussed the importance of opioid stewardship in primary care with event attendees.

The KYSOS Outpatient Primary Care program utilizes the Six Building Blocks opioid improvement program to improve pain management and opioid stewardship efforts in primary care clinics across the state.
