KHA Hosts Leadership Workshop

This week, KHA partnered with SuccessLabs to offer an interactive workshop that covered topics important for successful leadership. Participants left with tools, strategies, and a deeper understanding of what it takes to be an agile and impactful leader.

This day-and-a-half long educational event was presented by Devin Lemoine, President/Owner, of SuccessLabs.

KHA extends a special thanks to Gerard Colman, Ph.D., chief executive officer of Baptist Health; Melisa Adkins, EJD, RN, BSN, MBA, chief executive officer of UofL Health – Mary & Elizabeth, Peace, and South Hospitals; and Matthew Ayers, chief administrative officer of Norton Hospital who all participated in an Executive Panel during the final morning of the session.
