Governor Beshear Signs HB 477 into Law

On April 10, Governor Andy Beshear signed HB 477 into law. The bill, sponsored by Representative Amy Neighbors, sets in statute Medicaid coverage for the early diagnosis of sepsis in alignment with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
