Every generation has its’ challenges in the workplace; whether it’s a Gen Z just entering the workforce or the Baby Boomer on the brink of retirement. Popular stereotypes suggest that these generational differences present challenges for managers, but they can also offer opportunities for growth and development. We will explore the traits of each generation (along with some humorous misconceptions) and the challenges we may encounter at different ages or stages of our career.
