Successfully Training and Educating Pre-Medical Students (STEPS) is designed for college juniors in the Northeast Kentucky Area Health Education Center (AHEC) region who plan to attend medical school. The program provides structured preparation through Medical College Admission Test (MCAT) preparation with The Princeton Review, mock interviews, personal statement reviews, job shadowing, and community service opportunities. STEPS supports students in building competitive medical school applications and readiness for the admissions process.
