AHEC Connect is a free, three-month virtual mentorship program hosted by South Central Kentucky Area Health Education Center (AHEC).

The program pairs undergraduate pre-health professions students with current professional school students in those same fields. Through guided conversations and structured mentor-mentee engagement, participants gain insight into academic preparation, clinical training, and career expectations.

With a minimal time commitment, AHEC Connect provides a meaningful and realistic perspective for students exploring health care professions.
