Hosted by North Central Area Health Education Center (AHEC) in partnership with Gateway Community and Technical College (GCTC), the Health Careers Summer Camp is a two-week annual event at GCTC’s Edgewood Campus.

Two cohorts of students engage in interactive, hands-on activities led by health care professionals, providing early exposure to a variety of careers. Participants also have the opportunity to earn CPR certification through the American Heart Association. Each student receives a certificate of completion for inclusion in their professional portfolio.
