Offered through the Big Sandy Community Action Program, the Health Career Pathway Partnership Program (H3P) provides employment and training services for adults, laid-off workers, and dislocated workers. Supported by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), the program serves Floyd, Johnson, Magoffin, Martin, and Pike counties.
