The Eastern Kentucky Collaborative launched in November of 2023. HR directors, workforce development coordinators, and educators across the region have come together to focus on the unique needs of eastern Kentucky with three focus areas: improving K-12 engagement, creating grant funding opportunities for training and upskilling, and addressing challenges around clinical rotations scheduling and staffing.
