KHA Senior Vice President of Policy and Government Relations Jim Musser is traveling the state right now for multiple events and speaking engagements. On Tuesday, September 9, Musser participated in a Health Care Roundtable discussion in Madisonville alongside Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville CEO Alissa Coleman, CFO Valarie Howard, and Madisonville Mayor Kevin Cotton. The group discussed the future of health care amidst the cuts created by H.R. 1.

On September 8, Musser appeared on WXMZ 99.9 FM in Hartford where he discussed Kentucky’s hospitals and the future of rural health care. Listen on the station’s Facebook page (starts at the 2:30 mark).

He was a guest on WHOP in Hopkinsville on September 9 and will also be on the Greg Dunker Show on Super Talk 94.3 in Paducah on September 10.
