KHA Welcomes Amanda Kinman as Vice President of Financial Policy

KHA is pleased to welcome Amanda Kinman as its new Vice President of Financial Policy.

In this role, Kinman will lead KHA’s efforts to analyze and advocate on issues related to hospital financing and health care reimbursement, helping advance policies that support Kentucky hospitals and the patients and communities they serve.

Kinman brings more than 20 years of experience in Kentucky health care finance, with expertise spanning Prospective Payment System (PPS) hospitals, Critical Access Hospitals, and rural health clinics. She is an accomplished leader in operational finance, strategic planning, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance.

Kinman earned a Master of Business Administration from Sullivan University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgetown College.

KHA is excited to welcome Amanda to the team and looks forward to the expertise and leadership she will bring to the association and Kentucky’s hospitals.
