The KHA Quality Team is proud to congratulate our newest KHA Patient Safety Hero, Lisa Patton, Pharmacy Manager of  Mercy Health – Marcum and Wallace Hospital.

Lisa is recognized as a Patient Safety Hero for her outstanding contributions to medication safety. Over the past year, she has led impactful efforts to improve system reliability, strengthen workflows, and enhance staff education resulting in safer medication practices and reduced risk to patients. Her dedication, collaboration, and behind-the-scenes problem-solving have made a meaningful difference in patient care and exemplify true leadership in safety.
