CHARGE (Creating Healthcare Advancement and Rural Growth through Nursing Education) is an application-based program that provides academic and professional development support to students actively enrolled in a collegiate nursing program. Participants receive access to tutoring and study resources, compassionate care skill practice, résumé preparation, and employer engagement workshops. The program also offers stipends to help offset financial challenges associated with nursing education. Participants may elect to receive National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) preparation through The Princeton Review.
