KHA Releases Medicare Advantage Resources for Members and Consumers

As part of open enrollment season KHA has updated its resources today to help consumers make critical decisions about their Medicare coverage. The campaign includes a site specifically for consumers to learn the risks of choosing a Medicare Advantage (MA) plan over traditional Medicare.

The campaign includes a KHA members-only page with:

  • Details and a form for the new Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) MA Provider Complaint Process
  • MA campaign materials with posters, social media, and a PSA to use in your facilities and with your patients
  • Appeals/reconsideration resources (including a letter template)

In addition to online resources, KHA is running a social media ad campaign as well as radio ads. Watch KHA’s social media for posts to share with your followers if you won’t be starting your own campaign with the resources listed.
