The KHA Quality Team and the Kentucky Statewide Opioid Stewardship (KYSOS) sponsored the 2025 Harm Reduction Summit in Lexington on Monday June 16. The purpose of the event was to bring together state government officials, public health professionals, first responders, community leaders, and other advocates to discuss how to reduce harm and prevent disease through evidence-based best practices in various public health areas related to substance use disorder and mental health.

The KYSOS team was grateful for the opportunity to share the work being accomplished in this capacity through the SOS program. To learn more about the ongoing efforts of KYSOS, please visit https://www.kentuckysos.com/.
