Sara Tracy, KHA’s Hospital Talent Pipeline Management (TPM®) Senior Pipeline Manager for the TPM partnership with the Kentucky Chamber Foundation, last week presented the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s TPM Hall of Fame Award to KHA’s Nancy Galvani, Melanie Landrum, and JP Hamm. This national TPM Hall of Fame Award recognizes outstanding leadership and honors talent pipeline partners that are leading the most innovative and impactful talent strategies. Recipients demonstrate the power of collaboration, a focus on shared value, and expertise to improve communities. KHA is extremely proud of this recognition and is excited to work with the Kentucky Chamber Foundation and hospital members to highlight the excellent data surveys and reports about the health care workforce to help hospitals, their partners, and the lives of all Kentuckians.
