On March 29, KHA submitted a letter (linked below) to the Bipartisan 340B Senate Working Group related to the bipartisan discussion draft titled Supporting Underserved and Strengthening Transparency, Accountability, and Integrity Now and for the Future of 340B Act or SUSTAIN 340B Act. KHA hopes that Congress takes steps to ensure that the 340B program continues to benefit patients and communities, while avoiding any cuts to the program as any cuts would jeopardize patient access to care.
