SUMMARY:KHA Quality Webinar: When You Think You’ve Tried Everything: A New (and very candid) Conversation About Your CAHPS Journey
DESCRIPTION:We know what you’re thinking. You’ve “been there\, tried that” with the Patient Experience (CAHPS) performances in your hospital\, and yet you just can’t seem to move the needle on your scores.
