DESCRIPTION:The RRP Analysis provides detailed performance information on the readmission conditions evaluated under the Medicare Hospital RRP and an in‐depth review of actual performance for the preceding Federal Fiscal Year(s) (FFY). The Performance Scorecard provides a detailed review of hospital performance and the factors that drive performance under RRP\, using actual and estimated data. The report includes tables and graphs to highlight areas that drive payment penalties by year. \nThe Hospital-Acquired Condition (HAC) Reduction Program Analysis provides hospitals with a preview of the potential impact of the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) Medicare Inpatient HAC Reduction Program based on publicly available data and the program rules established by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Hospital performance is evaluated using the Care Compare for Healthcare-Associated Infection (HAI) measures and the Patient Safety Indicators (PSI)-90 measure.
