DESCRIPTION:Join KHA for a town hall meeting on HIPAA’s New Reproductive Privacy Rule: Implementations and Enforcement. In April 2024\, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights published the HIPAA Privacy Rule to Support Reproductive Healthcare Privacy Final Rule.  The Rule became effective June 23\, 2024\, with a compliance date of December 23\, 2024\, for all but the Notice of Privacy Practices\, which have a compliance date of February 16\, 2026.
