SUMMARY:Special KHA Town Hall: HIPAA’s New Reproductive Privacy Rule and Kentucky Law
DESCRIPTION:Wes Butler will lead participants in a discussion on the recent HIPAA Final Rule on reproductive health privacy and how the new federal rule may intersect with Kentucky laws.  Since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v.
