West Kentucky Community & Technical College (WKCTC) Workforce Solutions partners with regional hospitals and health care organizations to deliver customized leadership development training for frontline supervisors, emerging leaders, and department managers. Programs are designed to strengthen essential leadership skills, including communication, team management, conflict resolution, and operational decision-making, in a health care environment.

Training can be tailored to meet the needs of individual hospitals or delivered through a multi-organization cohort model that allows several facilities to participate in the same leadership development program. This collaborative approach expands access to high-quality training, particularly for rural hospitals and smaller health care organizations that may not have the capacity to host leadership programs independently. Participating organizations may also leverage Kentucky TRAINS funding to help offset training costs while building leadership capacity across their workforce.
