Use this page Find your Legislator in one of three ways:
To find the Legislator that represents the District for your hospital simply choose your hospital from the drop-down list, then click "Go." This will bring you to a page that will list your Representative and your Senator. You can click on his or her name to reach an information page, or click "contact" to directly link to an e-mail form. Alphabetical listings are provided for the House and the Senate and are arranged by Legislators' last names. If you know your District number, you can reach your Legislator's page from the District Listing. From your Legislator's page, you can use the link provided to send him or her an e-mail OR use his or her contact information for mail or phone.
