The site contains information on all the educational sessions, allied society meetings, special events and exhibitor information. In addition, you will find information on hotel accommodations and local attractions.

Due to technical difficulties with online registration that cannot be corrected at this time, registration must be completed using the form located inside the Convention brochures. Please mail your registration using the address printed on the form, or fax to 502-426-6226. If you need additional forms, they are available online at http://www.kyha.com/Convention08/Registration%20Form%202008%20BW%20print.pdf  (for best printing results, use legal size paper).

For further information about the Convention, please contact Carol Walters at KHA (502-426-6220 or 800-945-4542 or via e-mail at cwalters@kyha.com).
