Purpose of the Society:
- To promote an understanding of the
principles, policies, and methods necessary for developing and
maintaining satisfactory human resources in hospital and
healthcare-related institutions in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
- To assist in the improvement of
techniques and methods of human resources administration.
- To provide a medium for the
interchange of ideas and experience on human resources issues.
- To advise and assist institutions
desiring to introduce human resources management.
- To promote and encourage the
development of a spirit of professional pride in human resources
administration.
- To advance the interests and
welfare of those engaged in human resources.
Membership Information
Regular membership in KSHHRA is open
to any professional having human resources responsibilities in a
healthcare organization. An annual membership fee of $30.00 is
assessed to defray expenses of the Society. Membership applications
may be obtained by contacting any KSHHRA officer.
