SPECIAL CONFERENCE CALLS ON CART INSTALLATION AND TRAINING
There will be two conference calls that COMPdata and the Illinois QIO, Illinois Foundation for Quality Health Care, will host within the next few days for hospitals that are having difficulty in some special areas.
*** You must register for both of these calls in advance.

Conference Calls
Friday, December 13 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. central time
Focus on CART Installation Issues
Call in Number:  630/276-5801, ID Number 01
While almost all hospitals are up and running on CART, there are a few new hospitals that have signed with COMPdata in the last two weeks as well as a few that are still working through some technical issues.  This call will only focus on installation issues on a PC or network system and will not address any other CART issues

Tuesday, December 17 from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. central time
Focus on Import and Export Issues
Call in Number 630/276-5801, ID Number 01
While many hospitals have already sent in one or all of their months of clinical data, we wanted to provide this opportunity to address any questions people might still be having on the import and export issues.  Additionally, COMPdata will review the plans for merging the clinical data with the COMPdata administrative data and then making it available again in XML format for hospitals to download and import into their CART software for future report analysis.

**** Please remember to register for these sessions by contacting Dottie Jackson at djackson@ihastaff.org   Please e-mail any questions you have in advance that you would like addressed on either of the conference calls – please send them to the attention of Dottie Jackson at djackson@ihastaff.org

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS
The deadline for submission of the clinical information is Friday December 27th.  Please contact us at perfmeas@ihastaff.org if you are encountering any difficulties so we might assist you in meeting the time frame.
