Discussion will include how to assess your existing contracts and evaluate your internal dynamics for successes in implant negotiations. Special focus will be technology trends in orthopedic implants, handling that new technology from a contracting perspective, partnering with your O.R. / Administration teams and engaging your surgeons to (potentially) reduce implant acquisition costs.
