COA Philosophy
At Coverage Options Associates, we provide specialized services to hospitals, health care organizations, and other industries. Our history of success reflects the pride we take in our southeastern heritage, and our belief that the best client relationships are built upon a foundation of professionalism, integrity and personal service. Guided by this philosophy, we have grown from offering three trust funds for workers' compensation,  general/professional liability and health benefits into a full service insurance consulting firm. COA has a talented and dedicated staff with literally decades of experience in the areas of property and casualty insurance, employee benefit planning, risk management, workers' compensation, and occupational managed care services.

OUR STORY
Coverage Options Associates is a Trade Mark for the Kentucky Hospital Service Corporation (KHSC). KHSC is a wholly owned subsidiary of KHA - An Association of Kentucky Hospitals and Health Systems. 

In business since 1979, COA is located in the KHA Headquarters Building in the east end of Jefferson County, Kentucky.  Our list of clients is over 100 and growing. We handle numerous self-insured health and workers' compensation accounts.
